This book is amazing! Couldn't put it down. I also struggle with many of the same things this author struggles with.
Opening and reading this book was like talking to a friend. A really close friend who just...knows. Highly recommend!!!! I felt so much better knowing I was not alone in this.

Writing the foreword to this book meant a great deal to me. Karen is a great friend, and reading about her struggles as she grew up shocked me to the core. You would have never thought that this woman full of kindness, had gone through so much torment and turmoil. Karen takes you on a journey to the deepest, darkest places of her life, and you can't help but think that it is something you could only see in the movies. Karen exemplifies courage and hope as she has become a phoenix that has risen from the ashes. Great book!!!
Wow such an amazing book! This is a new author to look out for. She is a very tough and amazing person,mother,friend,etc.. I could not put this book down even though the content was intense and i myself have been through a lot of the thing that Miss Suffern has it brought tears to my eyes. So look out doe her second book and make sure you read this amazing piece of work! Well done
